Carefree Single Homes are detached custom homes built by experienced local craftsmen on approximately one quarter to one third acre lots with yard care and snow removal provided.

A variety of ranch, Cape Cod and 2-story homes are available with a wide variety of floor plans and 1st floor master bedrooms. These homes are available with upscale amenities such as granite kitchen countertops, hardwood floors, ceramic floors and custom wood trim.
